Who are we, and what do we do?

Cortright & Associates is a woman-owned training and consulting business in the United States, founded by in 1975 by Janet Cortright.

As human resource development providers, we work with a team of consultants to offer training and state of the art learning and development materials that are researched and produced by Inscape Publishing of Minneapolis. Our specialty is training in-house trainers and independent consultants to use the DiSC Behavioral Model.

We know that you, our valued customers, are capable of delivering your own training, on your own schedule and in your own way. You just need quality materials and resources to assist you in doing that. To borrow a familiar phrase:
